Rumbleverse is a multiplayer fighting game for the Nintendo Switch and Xbox One where you can fight against players around the world on your couch! We've been working hard to bring
Rumbleverse Cross Play to those platforms and we're excited to announce that it's now enabled! This means that if you want to play with other people who have either a Nintendo Switch or an Xbox One, then this tutorial will show you how:
This has been a work in progress and many months of hard work but our head of tech, @Nimikrystalli and her team have managed to get the rumbleverse crossplay enabled for Nintendo Switch and Xbox One players!
Crossplay is a big deal. It’s been a goal since the beginning, and it's all of our players can do to help us make it happen!
Crossplaying brings more people together than ever before. It makes it easier for friends to play together, whether they live far apart or not at all. And when you get crossplayed with someone else? You get even more fun out of games as well because now you're able to have fun with other people who also love them too!

Open Rumbleverse Crossplay and click 'Start'. This will take you to a menu where all of your characters are listed. You can select any character from this list by pressing A (or left stick) and pressing X (or right stick).
Press Y on your controller (or B), then press triangle button on controller which is located at top right hand corner of screen above where it says “Play Date” if it says something like "Xbox Live" just type in whatever name comes up after searching for that option! Your other player should be able to join now!
For Switch Players:
Make sure you are logged into a Nintendo Account on your Switch. You need to be connected to the internet via wifi when you start Rumbleverse, so make sure that your internet connection is working. If it isn’t, try restarting your console and then trying again.
Go to Settings > Online Settings > Rumbleverse Cross Play > turn it ON!
This will allow you to play against other players from other platforms.

Sign in to the [Nintendo eShop] by heading to the Nintendo eShop, then tapping "Sign In" in the upper-right corner of the screen (or if it’s already open, scroll down).
On your computer, go to [your Nintendo Account] and log in using your email address and password for that account (or create an account).

Make sure you are logged into a Nintendo Account on your Switch and then log in with your Microsoft account when starting up Rumbleverse!
3. Go to Settings > Online Settings > Rumbleverse Cross Play > turn it ON!
To enable Rumbleverse Cross Play, you must first turn it on in your device.

You can now play with other players using their PSN or Xbox Live account as long as they are also using one of the same devices: Nintendo Switch, Xbox One X and PC.
For Xbox One Players:
If you're an Xbox One player, make sure that you are logged into a Microsoft account when you start Rumbleverse. Then go to Settings > Online Settings > Rumbleverse Cross Play and turn it ON!

If you have not already done so, sign up for an Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus account and download the game from the Xbox Store or PlayStation Store (you can play on your Windows 10 PC or Mac).
2. Go to Settings > Online Settings > Rumbleverse Cross Play > turn it ON!
To enable rumbleverse crossplay, you must first go to Settings > Online Settings > Rumbleverse Cross Play in the Nintendo Switch Online app.
This is where you will find a button that says "Turn on Rumbleverse". Tap on this button and then follow its instructions as needed to complete your setup process.
Once you've completed all necessary steps, your game will now be able to connect with other players who have compatible consoles!
